The apartment is divided into separate sleeping rooms, as well as two bath rooms on a total of two floors. Our guests appreciate the huge living room, which comes with a snugly dining area and an open kitchen. The balcony gives direct access to the garden, where one is able to spend warm summer days in our sun loungers at the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped: It comes with a fridge/freezer, micro wave, oven, dish washer, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Further our guests will find a common laundry machine and an iron/board. The area: The skiing slope can be easily reached by foot (350m) and gives you direct access to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. Further Kaprun offers a variety of restaurants for every taste – Weather you are looking for typical Austrian food or international dishes. Our guests will find a range of shopping possibilities only 400m away (ADEG, Neumair etc.). For all golfers, the region provides 36 holes at the Gulf Club Zell am See (6km). During the winter one is able to enjoy the views from our vast living room snuggled up in warm blankets. Whereas the terrace is the ideal place for romantic dinners during warm summer evenings. Weather you arrive with friends or family: We invite you for memorable action days in Kaprun – the numerous activities will guarantee the right program for everybody. The apartment itself is divided in 3 sleeping rooms and a separate living room, including an open kitchen. We accommodate up to 8 guests. (85m²) Further our guests will enjoy the luxury of 2 separate bath rooms, which are coming with a walk in shower. Every travel group is able to use 3 parking spots in front of the house and of course we installed free WIFI throughout the entire flat.The kitchen comes with everything you desire: 4 ceramic plates, fridge -freezer, oven, micro wave, dish washer and all further kitchen equipment. During the summer you will reach lake Zell am See within 15 minutes by bus or car. The center of Kaprun (300m) is also accessible within walking distance. A variety of restaurants will treat you with typical Austrian cuisine.
