The living room has a double sofa bed for 2 people, a dining area and a flat screen TV.The kitchen is fully equipped and offers an oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer.The bathroom is divided into a sink, shower, toilet with bidet and offers a hair dryer as well as shampoo and shower gel for our guests.In addition to the great facilities of the holiday apartments a garden with outdoor seating, a ski cellar with ski boot dryer, a games room (air hockey, table tennis, table football) as well as a free garage for guests directly at the house.Washing machine and dryer are available to you in the common areas during your stay (registration required).The location is convincing! Located in the southern part of Zell am See (Schüttdorf), restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The most beautiful excursion destinations and activities are in the immediate vicinity. Access to skiing fun at the AreitXpress on the Schmittenhöhe is only 800 meters away, and the Zell am See-Kaprun golf course is 2 kilometers away. It is 1.5 kilometers to the southernmost part of Lake Zell.

Did you know: The Großglockner high alpine road is the tallest road reachable by car in Austria. The breathtaking scenery is definitely worth a visit.A modern bath room and a toilet can be used separately. We equipped the apartment with everything our guests need: We have two bed rooms and a spacious living room on 75 m² for up to 6 people. Of course we provide central heating, a smart TV, free internet and parking in front of the house. Further we have a bike and ski storage in the bottom. The kitchen is also well equipped: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our kitchen amenities. Reachable by foot: the Areit cable car (300m), the lake (600m), a super market (50m), the train station and the city center (though 2,5km). The golf course (1km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or public transport. The next bus stop is around (100m) away.
