Both bedrooms lead directly into the garden.On the upper floor there is the spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table for up to 6 people and living area with TV and sofa (pull-out).The balcony is furnished, offers a wonderful mountain view and invites you to linger for hours.The perfect holiday experience is in the detail: Free wifi and parking spaces, as well as a Smart TV and a washing machine in the basement are also part of our offer, as is a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils, as well as a coffee machine (filter), toaster and kettles offer everything you need to pamper your loved ones!Despite the absolute quiet location, the city center is only 1.5 kilometers away, so you can reach the countless restaurants, shops and leisure facilities within a few minutes.In winter it is approx. 1.3 kilometers to the entrance to the ski area (CityXpress), from where you can explore the entire Schmittenhöhe and make your turns on 68 kilometers of slopes. Since the 2019/2020 ticket alliance, the entire Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski region has been included in your ski pass and offers a total of 408 fantastic and perfectly groomed kilometers of slopes.In summer, head for the cool water - the lake is not far away, numerous hiking routes can be started directly from the accommodation and the 36-hole leading golf club Zell am See-Kaprun is 10 minutes away by car.

For that reason we divided the apartment in two sleeping rooms and a living room with open kitchen. The second sleeping room is equipped with an additional bunk bed for two further persons. The best thing, we provide action: The Zell am See-Kaprun card guarantees for various activities. Including over 200 attractions the card overs the little bit of extra for your holiday. All cable cars and the public transport can be used for free as well. The kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our kitchen amenities. A ski and bike storage can be found in the bottom, the parking spots are located in the back of the house.The highlight: The central location directly across the cable car city express. (100m) Even if you wear your ski boots it can be reached within minutes. The old town including various shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be reached by foot. For all the golfers the region has a 18-hole golf course (4km). The next Airport is Salzburg (75km) and can be reached by car in about 60 minutes. The train station is around 300m away.

The “Sonnberg” literally translates into the sunny mountain. The family apartment offers many hours of sun and a breathtaking view of the lake. Whether group or family, everybody enjoys the spacious balcony for late breakfast or warm evening hours.What is nearby? The center of Zell am See with its plenty shopping facilities, restaurants and activities is only a short drive away. The sporty ones take the 15 minutes hike on the straight trail down to Zell. The golf course (4km) and the airport Salzburg (75km) can be easily reached by car or by public transport departing from the central train station. The family apartment is divided in two sleeping and one living room. We put a double bed in each sleeping room and have a double sleeping couch in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to spoil your beloved ones: fridge-freezer, oven, dish washer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle are part of our amenities. Of course we have free WIFI and parking in front of the house.
