Weather the “Klammsee” in Kaprun or the refreshing water of lake Zell, our guests will be the First IN Mountains, Powder and Lake!We provide 4 bed rooms, a total of 3 bath rooms and a vast living room, connected to your private terrace, which invites for relaxing summer and winter times. The cosy and wooden-furnished bed rooms do have big King-Size Double beds, whereas the children rooms are equipped with single beds.
