Right next door is the spacious dining room, offering enough space for the whole group – perfect for shared meals, game nights or long chats over a glass of wine. From here, a door leads directly into the garden. Also on this floor is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet – ideal for full occupancy.Upstairs, on the first floor, are five bedrooms. Three of them feature comfortable double beds, while two combine a double bed with bunk beds – a great option for families with children. Each bedroom includes its own washbasin, adding extra comfort for group travel. A separate toilet and an additional shower are also available on this floor. A special highlight: three of the bedrooms offer direct access to the balcony with beautiful views over Zell am See and the surrounding mountains – a peaceful way to start the day.In the basement, you’ll discover a true highlight: your own private cellar bar – the perfect place for fun evenings, music and good company.
