The Comfort Double Room (25m² | TOP 1) features a cozy bedroom with a separate sofa and a modernly designed bathroom.
A continental buffet breakfast with local specialties, freshly prepared by our staff in the chalet every day (price: € 15.00 per person/night), is optionally bookable and not obligatorily included in the price.
Our self-service bar is stocked with the most common non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages – special drink requests are welcome before arrival and will be arranged by the day of arrival. Lots of wood, fine fabrics (by Karl Weber Interior Design on site), and a warm color scheme give the chalet a touch of alpine coziness – combined with a modern, urban touch.
No compromises were made in the furnishing and equipment: solid wood furniture, first-class innerspring beds, Sonos sound system in the living areas, and much more! The spacious sun terrace offers a great view of the imposing mountain scenery framing the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. Strength, expansiveness, tranquility – here you will find a beautiful place to linger.
A 25m² large sun umbrella and a heater for cooler evenings provide pleasant comfort. The terrace offers plenty of space to relax and is equipped with solid wood furniture, as well as lounge and sun chairs.
In the fireplace room, a large electric fireplace provides cozy evenings. If it gets late, you will find everything you need for sociable and philosophical hours in our cozy basement bar.
WiFi in all areas and a free parking space right in front of the house are included.
Chalet Evi is your central “hub” from which you can start all sorts of activities. After just a 200-meter walk, you will reach the center of Kaprun with numerous shopping opportunities and a variety of cultural and gastronomic offers.

Our guests are taken to a stroll down the memory lane, while watching the breathtaking views over the Kaprun valley and the lake Zell am See. The highlight: The panoramic pool for warm summer days and the almost SKI IN – Ski OUT (5 walking minutes to the slope) during the winter months. We have usually two guests sleeping in our studio. If you travel with your kids, we are very happy to have them on request. The balcony gives direct access to the garden, where one is able to spend warm summer days in our sun loungers at the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped: It comes with a fridge/freezer, micro wave, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and an electric kettle. Further our guests will find a common laundry machine and an iron/board. The area: The skiing slope can be easily reached by foot (350m) and gives you direct access to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn. Further Kaprun offers a variety of restaurants for every taste – Weather you are looking for typical Austrian food or international dishes. Our guests will find a range of shopping possibilities only 400m away (ADEG, Neumair etc.). For all golfers, the region provides 36 holes at the Gulf Club Zell am See (6km). The next airport “Salzburg Airport” can be reached by car or train (around 1,5h, 80km).

The Apartment Franz is furnished in country house style, which creates the typical Austrian flair. The highlight: In the summer months you are able to jump into our panoramic pool directly from your terrace. During the winter you will reach the slopes within 5 walking minutes. Our studio has a standard capacity of two guests. Nevertheless we are very happy to accommodate your kids upon request. The hillside location provides a marvelous view over the rooftops of Kaprun.
